Afaron Gordon - Booking Agent

When I tell customers that I am a booking agent willing to help them find the right entertainment for their events, I receive different responses. Some think that I'm a leach trying to get as much money out of them as possible on bookings [not true] and some think we are life savers.
Let me share 3 reasons why we care about solving your problems when it comes to sourcing entertainment.

  1. WE LOVE WORKING WITH LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
Agents love working with artists and acts of all variations, we put many hours into meetings and making sure that acts are vetted and qualify to be on our roster. I know from experience that finding an act that has a unique style and sound is a special thing and we will do anything to make sure the world hears them.

   2. OUR MISSION IS TO TAKE YOUR STRESS AWAY
We live to serve you with the highest quality service you can brag about to your colleagues, friends and family. When I receive reviews from our clients expressing that they enjoyed the experience of our service from the beginning to the end, it warms my heart and makes the planning and long hours worth it. [Read a few of our reviews below]
We also love fixing secondary enquiries that you may have such as supplying light and sound production. We want to be the superheros of your event, and save your day and we will go to the end of the world to make it happen

   3. RELATIONSHIPS ARE OUR BEST WEAPON

Most of my time is spent on calls and emails and networking events all for one reason, to build relationships. My daily routine is spent speaking to clients regarding a booking, speaking to acts to confirm the bookings, speaking to third party suppliers and then contacting the client to ensure that the event organising is running smoothly. Everything is based around relationships and having a good name within the industry.

When serving a client building a relationship with them is just as important as taking a booking. I find out their back story behind the event.

"Is the booking for a wedding reception or ceremony or both?"

"Who are the lovely couple getting married?"

"What type of entertainment are you interested in booking for this event?"

"Do you any require extra services with this booking?"

Asking all the right questions and making the client feel appreciated is the most important piece to building a relationship. The great thing about this business is that if relationships are built on a good foundation of care there is always room for repeat business in the future.

As a entertainment agency we are here to help you!
